Its nearing the end of 2009 and the financial world is not
as bad as it was but still, according to some media; only Spain & the UK are still in recession. I am not sure that things are that positive here in the UK, I still believe Germany offers the best value for money for purchase, yield & capital growth in the next few years.
If you are investing in Property carefully choose the country & the location, if you are buying a second home make sure the price you are paying reflects the current market value or below.
