I have many direct clients looking to purchase properties. If you are the seller, the mandated agent or direct agent please contact me if anything listed below is available for sale from your company.
Please Remember
The property MUST be for sale.
You must have direct access to the owner/owners, that means you can call them when you need to.
Process
I would expect to have a basic but concise selection of information about the property. General Location, 1 photo at least, the price, income if applicable, land & building sizes, length of any leases/contracts. After this information an LOI is not a problem, I will expect to sign an NDA with your agency to protect our clients & any commissions involved.
