You must have direct access to the owner/owners, that means you can call them when you need to
Process
I would expect to have a basic but concise selection of information about the property. General Location, 1 photo at least, the price, income if applicable, land & building sizes, length of any leases/contracts. After this information an LOI is not a problem, I will expect to sign an NDA with your agency to protect our clients & any commissions involved.
